This program aims to equip participants with practical strategies for managing anxiety and stress through the lens of biblical wisdom. It combines scriptural insights, prayer, meditation, and community support to foster emotional well-being and spiritual growth. 1. *Scriptural Foundations*: Participants will explore key biblical verses that address anxiety, such as Philippians 4:6-7, which encourages believers not to be anxious but to present their requests to God. This section focuses on understanding God's promises and the peace that comes from faith. 2. *Prayer and Meditation*: Emphasizing the power of prayer, participants will engage in guided prayer sessions, learning to cast their cares upon God (1 Peter 5:7) and to meditate on His Word as a source of strength and comfort. 3. *Cognitive Restructuring*: Drawing from biblical principles, this segment will help participants identify and challenge negative thought patterns. They will learn to replace worries with affirmations of faith, focusing on God’s sovereignty and goodness. 4. *Mindfulness and Presence*: Participants will practice mindfulness techniques grounded in biblical teachings, encouraging them to be present in the moment and to trust in God's plan. This includes activities like nature walks and reflective journaling. 5. *Community Support*: Building a support network is vital. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences, pray for one another, and foster meaningful relationships, embodying the biblical principle of bearing one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). 6. *Practical Tools*: The program will provide practical resources, such as stress management techniques, time management skills, and lifestyle changes that align with biblical teachings, promoting a balanced life.

Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to book their sessions at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our staff to prepare and allocate their time effectively. Once a booking is made, clients will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation will include the date, time, and details of the session. Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation Process:* Cancellations can be made through our online booking system, via email, or by calling our office during business hours. 3. *Late Cancellations and No-Shows:* Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. 4. *Exceptions:* Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, provided that clients communicate with us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which helps us maintain high-quality therapy services for all clients.
